Direct to Patient or DTP clinical trials are a relatively new concept. In a direct to patient clinical trial most if not all of the trial is conducted from the privacy of your own home. In some cases you may need to travel to a nearby facility to complete some tests, or someone might come to your home to complete the tests necessary to join the trial. A short survey needs to be completed online in order to see if you meet the requirements for the clinical trial. Access to a computer will be necessary in most cases.
Currently there is a qualifying survey for Overactive Bladder, or OAB, being conducted for an upcoming DTP clinical trial. I have included some information on DTP clinical trials and a link for those who may qualify for the current OAB clinical trial.
